Consultation, Design & Plans

We do offer a free consultation over the phone or via the zoom app on you cell or PC.

If you choose to take your property to the next level with professional support, we will do a "boots on the ground" consultation, where we will plan on being on your property with you, and all of the people who hunt your property to scout, discuss and plan out a complete list of improvements that you can start with imediatley after our visit.  We will teach and share with you all the tricks and techniques we, and other clients are implementing as part of a complete habitat management plan that are proven effective strategies.  

We will discuss topics such as (and not limited to)

1. access
2. tree stand/ground blind sight selection.  Small strategies to silence your setups
3. food plot locations, layout and design. what to plant and when. how to maintain, etc
4. water
5. bedding areas
6. travel routes (Corridors)
7. mock scrapes
8. hard & soft mass trees and location selection
9. pine and spruce planting and location selection ​

The day(s) of the consultation you will be required to take detailed notes on what to do and when to implement the suggested improvements. Ryan will help flag out the areas for improvements and will be sketching out the rough layout on a printed map and also via OnX. 

Ryan has recently invested in precision tools to help accurately lay out food plots giving and other features that will be included in your final plan mapped layout. You will either receive the map at the end of the day of the consultation, or within a respectable time period depending on Ryan's workload and time of year.

Remember, the notes you take are your plan, so you can begin to implement your plan immediately.

Hinge Cutting

We offer services and experience for any and all hinge cutting needs.  We always recommend to our clents to seek professional help and/or advice before attempting any hinge cutting.  It can be a very dangerous undertaking if you do not have the exper ience and proper sagety equipment.  It is our absolute love and passion to offer this service to take the risk out of the equasion.  We are professionals with many years of chainsaw and hinge cutting experience.  

​We can make recommendations for bedding areas, screening, blockades, edge feathering and so on.  There are a number of benefits to hinge cutting, But we will always strive for TSI (Timber Stand Improvement)

Maybe hinge cutting isn't an option or necessary on your property.  We will help you with that decision during our initial consultation.

We offer complete services to maximize the quality and yield of your food plot.  With our outstanding resources of agronomic support, we can help you grow the most abundant and palatable food sources in your area to HELP maximize the local deer herds genetic potential. Yes, it's up to mother nature for the ultimate outcome in the potential of your food plots but, we will do our part to help maximize the quality and attractiveness of all of your food plots.

Property Management

Epic Whitetail Habitat, LLC offers a complete management program to help serve absentee landowners, or landowners just seeking to free up their own time, by implementing all of the recommendations of your complete whitetail habitat management plan.

We will (and not limited to)

• locate, and hang all of your tree stands and set ground blinds.  Also "brush in" the ground blinds
• maintain access trails (mowing etc)
• plant any and all tress, pines, spruce, and/or shrubs
• do all chain saw work for hinge cutting or tree clearing within bedding areas, travel corridors, etc
• install and maintain all food plots
• and much, much more

                             Properties of 150 acres or more may require additional days to which 
                             a reduced daily rate will be adjusted.

                             If needed, Ryan will fly to your location which a basic 3 day reduced fee is required, along with                                    airfare.

Hinge Cutting, Trail Maintenance, Travel Corridor Creation, Tree Planting, etc.:   

                                                                                  $1500/day 
                                                               (Need just a couple hours work? $150/hr)

 Food Plot Installation (planting):  If Ryan is providing all inputs (seed, fertilizer, lime, weed killer, tillage,                                                                                  seeding, etc.)  

                                                                 $2000/acre for both spring and fall combined.

                                                                  If you provide all inputs and Ryan just does the installation:
